Vegetarianism: a diet excluding all meat and fish…including use of animal products (sometimes for health, sometimes for the animals)
Pescetarianism: a diet excluding all meat…but including fish…and also excluding use of animal product.
I am pescetarian…or pesco-vegetarian.
The reason why I am pescetarian is because fish don’t jave a fully nervous system..they are not concious of the pain they are going through when they are caught..so they don’t suffer. Another reason is because my body didn’t have enough protien so i started eating fish to help me stay healthy enough. My body couldn’t handle the switch from eating meat to just not.
When becoming vegetarian it is best to do the process slower so your body can adjust to the changes in you lifestyle.
This diet should be handled very seriously. and not “just for fun” or “to be cool”
it is for health and animals

I have to say i was pretty disappointed when i saw that some of these products where tested on animals….Terrible!!! Incase you aren’t making much of a big deal in seeing this list: here is a heart breaking video that shows you just how much torture these poor creatures endure.
